We at Process Industrial Surplus Corp.wish to thank you for shopping our online store and Ebay. We are in the business of supplying industrial surplus and machinery new and used. Our buyers are constantly outlooking for high quality new and low usage industrial surplus to offer up on Ebay. We try to provide the best customer service possible through an online environment. Here are some tips and possible answers on how we prefer to do business on our website and Ebay.

QUESTIONS: If you have any questions about a unit or something that you see us listing or if you think that we might have and is not listed or if you need any extra pictures, please provide us with a good email account or phone number where we can get a hold of you.

PAYMENTS: We prefer Paypal ; if you’d like to pay via credit card you can do so through Paypal or by calling us at the phone number above so we can process your payment over the phone. Any other payment method needs to be approved by us, (ei. company checks) prior to bidding. Buyers are allowed 5 business days from the end of the auction to remit payment. If the buyer has not paid within this time, we reserve the right to re-list the item and file and unpaid claim against the buyer so we can retrieve our ebay fee costs for the listing. 
When we specify free shipping it is offered to buyers that pay the full asking price, If  an offer lower than the asking price is submitted buyer will be charged for shipping cost. TAXES: We charge 6.5% to individuals and/or companies in the state of Florida, unless proof of tax exemption can be provided. We charge 7.75% to individuals and/or companies in the state of Colorado, unless proof of tax exemption can be provided.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: The winning bidder is responsible for any shipping costs, shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Buyer agrees to pay the amount listed (US Dollars) to cover shipping and handling. We ship mostly USPS & FEDEX for all US domestic shipments.Fedex, DHL and USPS Priority Mail for all international shipments. All shipments are insured up to $100.00 by FEDEX; any additional insurance is optional and must be paid by buyer. If you do not choose any additional insurance for your item over $100.00, we do not cover lost, damaged, or broken package. If you prefer to use your own account number we are happy to accommodate your request. Items generally shipped within 2 to 3 days after payment has been received. We try to pack the way we would want our items to be packed, please indicate if any different. 

Packages over $100.00 will be shipped FEDEX.

Packages over $250.00 will have signature required option on.

 • Any special packaging request above the normal will be charged an extra packaging fee, ei. if buyer wants 10 layers of bubble wrap, he/she will be charged accordingly to the request. 
We the seller are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We will file claim with carrier used at the time of shipping and as soon as refund for claim is received we will refund buyer.


RETURNS: We guarantee not DOA. When we advertise new in the box, this means that the item is new but the box may not necessarily be in mint condition but the product is, unless otherwise specified. 
All items are sold as is. No warranties implied. For product(s) ordered in error there is a 30% restock charge. Buyer pays for all shipping costs. In this case, shipping charges are not refundable. Once your items are received and accepted by Process Industrial Surplus Corp. as a returned item, your refund (minus the restocking charge) will take between two to seven business days to be processed. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Process Industrial Surplus Corp. will only process a refund to the credit card that was used for payment of the original order. The refund will consist of the purchase price for the item (and associated sales tax). Process Industrial Surplus Corp. does not refund the freight charge for the cost of shipping at the time of order. Orders purchased by Process Industrial Surplus Corp. for a specific customer needs will be assess at 50% restocking charge.
